Terms and Conditions Agreement Records: Records of user consent to Terms and Conditions are retained for legal and audit purposes even after account deletion, for as long as required under applicable laws or regulatory requirements. Account Deletion: Users may request deletion of their account and associated data at any time. Upon such request, personal and health data will be deleted within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required for legal compliance. Data Minimization and Security: We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure that retained data is secure and limited to what is necessary.

4Data Deletion Rights

We respect users rights to control their personal data and provide mechanisms to request deletion of their information at any time. Users may request deletion of their account and associated personal data, including health profile information by contacting us at the designated support channel. Upon receiving a valid request, we will delete or anonymize personal data, including health-related information, within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required for legitimate legal, regulatory, or audit purposes. Certain information, such as records of acceptance of Terms and Conditions, transaction logs, or data required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution, may be retained for a longer period as required by applicable laws. We aim to process deletion requests within 10 days, depending on the complexity and legal requirements. To protect user privacy and security, we may verify the identity of the requester before processing any deletion request. The Maple Leaf Coins App may provide optional health and wellness features through integration with Health Connect Smartwatches, healthcare laboratories, diagnostic centers, and hospitals, strictly with the user’s explicit consent and permission.

To enable wellness programs, fitness tracking, personalized rewards, and health-related engagement activities, the App may collect and process certain health and profile information voluntarily provided by users.

Health and Wellness Information We May Collect. The App may collect or access the following information with user authorization:

Health profile information including

  • Age
  • Date of birth
  • Gender
  • Height and weight
  • Blood group
  • Allergy information
  • Disability information
  • Disease or medical condition details
  • Fitness and wellness activity data including:

  • Steps walked
  • Daily step goals

  • Heart rate data from connected smartwatches or wearable devices

*Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy and related policies, make up the entire agreement between you and us. If any part of these Terms is invalid, the rest remain fully enforceable. No waiver of rights is valid unless in writing.
